ErikS
Just got back from a 4 day Colorado trip. Did Cooper, Vail, then Breckenridge the last day. Clear the first day then about 7-9 inches the following days. Copper Almost bought new gear but didn't have time. Ski's have gotten short, and lift tickets expensive. I use to ride 185's, but the ones I got were 176 and the rental guy said those were long (I'm 6'2) for me, some Rossignol E 83's.

winterhalo
Dug ourselves out of Nemo and skinned up Mt. Greylock (highest peak in Mass) Sunday. Skied down the Thunderbolt trail. An original ski trail cut by the CCC in the '30's. Locals keep it manicured nice.

flyfishing3
this is my sons first year boarding, we just rented equipment for the whole season. he seems to be digging it, i might be in the market. i don't know crap about bindings and boots for those things so you'll need to talk me up on that with that board. gilber33
a 149??? i didn't realize you were a teenage girl I got the board to use mainly in the park, so I wanted a short one. Regardless, yes, I am the height of a prepubescent teenager. this is my sons first year boarding, we just rented equipment for the whole season. he seems to be digging it, i might be in the market. i don't know crap about bindings and boots for those things so you'll need to talk me up on that with that board. I'm selling it as a package. Forum bindings, they're decent, do the job, they're in complete working condition Brand new ThirtyTwo boots with one night on them (size 8 or 8.5) Fairly new Oakley goggles: And it all comes in a Burton snowboard bag: It's a good beginner set up. Nothing is by any means the best product on the market, but I also didn't get the cheapest parts I could find. It's on CL for $250 for everything. I got really into snowboarding my Sophomore year in school and I bought a complete set up and used it for a couple seasons, and then the last three years I haven't gone once, kind of just grew out of it and didn't have the urge to go. So it's been sitting in my apartment.

gilber33
if you get somebody to pay what you want, go ahead. if not let me know. It's been up for a while. I'm sure shipping via greyhound would be pretty cheap. If you want to work something out, we can. The board isn't doing me any good sitting here and I'm moving this summer and I'm trying to not bring stuff with me that I don't need.

gilber33
It's not pink at all. It's red and green. Not sure if this is the exact same bag, but same color/pattern
Mesoam
Mike don't bother buying your kid any high end stuff, kids grow out of snowboard/skis very quickly. Ski swaps and CL are good places to pickup used stuff. How tall/how much does it weigh
flyfishing3
he's about 5'4ish, but only 80lbs. a pencil puts a shadow on him. he's in 7th grade. this kit would be pretty good for him IMO. tell me otherwise.
gilber33
That's a great length for him then and will give him some room to grow. It's a light board, it's more of a park board, so it's lighter.
