sdancer Posted February 21, 2013 Report Share Posted February 21, 2013 So I am a student at Purdue and a Member of the PAPA (Purdue Automotive Performance Association) club. Every year Purdue hosts a Grand Prix go kart race and subsequently PAPA hosts a car show around the same time. We are expecting a 100+ cars (fingers crossed ). As shown on the poster there are several awards such as top 25 best in show and trophies will be given out to winners (some of which are fabricated out of car parts and pretty cool...) . $10 per car, spectators free. Ill be there as long as everything goes well with my manual swap As for the Auto-x it is hosted by the Lafayette Corvette club. 25 for one day and 40 for two. Registration at 8:30 and the racing begins at 10:30!! Proceeds go to the Wounded Warriors Charity Foundation so its for a good cause too!. Note: auto-x is in Peru Indiana, not at Purdue. I will be working this one and possibly racing too. Both flyers are posted below.
