It is defined by the maps 'Number of ignitions per one increment advance - active knock control' and 'Number of ignitions per one increment advance - adaptive knock control'. It is measured in number of ignition events by engine speed.

Anyone have an idea how we can modify this bin to run on a 6cyl in a 960?

I just finished replacing the 1.8 With a 4.4 from a S90, had to flash it due to the immo (which i where unable to get working).

My setup will basically be a stock N/A engine but from what I can see from the standard ign tables for the 6cyl they are very safe, room for tuning...

looks like someone had to repost links for the 4.4 files due to the main site going own, some are missing like the 607 with logging, anyone have these files? i may be able to host them for a while

On the other hand,

I took a look on the LPT fueling maps and as far as I see they are pretty much richer than those on the T-5 in the 607/608 bin.

For example in the LPT bin, at 4200-4400rpm (where I have knocking), full load, AFR is at 11.26-11.00 while on the T-5 it's 12.21-11.06. Could that be one more reason for the knocking I'm experiencing ?

Then I see that after 3600rpm, the vast majority of the AFR is lower than 14.7 on the LPT, while on the T-5 almost all AFR is higher than 14.7 (leaner)

In the end, taking into account these pretty big differences between the LPT fueling maps and the T-5 fueling maps, would you recommend to start up from the beginning with the LPT fuel maps, or to stick with those on the T-5 ? I saw on the freewah, running in 5th gear at 3200rpm, load around 3, STFT disabled, AFR of around 15.8-16 !!! Isn't that too lean ? According to the T-5 map it should have been 14.8-14.9 ! Almost same for the LPT map. LTFT was stable at 1.56%, so I guess injector calibration was right ?

Thanks guys !
