The Nsa And You!

Just in case it wasn't enough for the NSA to record our communication, California police officers are now using License Plate Readers to try to keep tabs on where everyone is in California. And this kind of stuff is only going to get more common and more acceptable with everyone saying "I don't have anything to hide".

Snowden applies for asylum in Russia, Putin say he has to stop publishing classified information to stay.

Oh man this is RICH! What Putin is really saying is, "Give the FSB everything you've got but quit sharing it with everyone else in the world."

Hmmm, now he's a stateless person? Poor Edward, he jumped into a big boys game and thought he understood the rules. It seemed like he had thought this through better. Apparently Jason Bourne or the other JB - James Bond - he's not.

I don't think I would want to be a pawn in Putin's game.

Strong probability Putin's putting him on a plane somewhere that he'll be picked up by US agents.

Hey, I wanna be a scarty cat! :D

Mike, could it be the Dems went after it because they didn't want their shit being looked at? The posture looks like "conditional transparency" to me...but hey, that's both parties.

Why does it feel like, somebody's watching me?

NSA has built its own, secret, shadow social network and you've already joined...

Since 2010, the National Security Agency has been exploiting its huge collections of data to create sophisticated graphs of some Americans’ social connections that can identify their associates, their locations at certain times, their traveling companions and other personal information, according to newly disclosed documents and interviews with officials.

The agency can augment the communications data with material from public, commercial and other sources, including bank codes, insurance information, Facebook profiles, passenger manifests, voter registration rolls and GPS location information, as well as property records and unspecified tax data, according to the documents. They do not indicate any restrictions on the use of such “enrichment” data, and several former senior Obama administration officials said the agency drew on it for both Americans and foreigners.
