740 Running Rich After 15G

My brother just put my 15g in his 91 740 turbo. He made a post on turbobricks a week ago with no suggestions. Wondering if maybe some of you guys might be able to help. Here's his post.

Just finished putting a 15g into my 1991 740 turbo. Here is my current setup:

Mikes Chips EZK/ECU
15g turbo freshly rebuilt
3" downpipe/2.5" cat back
Browntops
stock AMM(016?)
ebay intercooler
MBC set at 10psi (goal is ~16psi)
stock fuel rail/pumps
stock camshaft

-Vacuum is anywhere between 16-18 when idle. 20 while coasting in drive.
-Just replaced 02 sensor
-fixed a couple of leaks in intercooler piping

As soon as i get into about 5 psi of boost AFR's peg at 10.0...Any suggestions???

I was running lean(A/F 18.0) when under boost with an 012AMM so I put the stock AMM back in. Now under boost my car feels like crap. It is super slow and stumbling and the wideband is reading 10. I have checked for vacuum leaks and am pulling 18inhg at idle. Any suggestions as to whats causing the car to run so rich? I doubt its the browntops as they were installed previously and ran well with the 13c. The ecu was reset but have only driven a few miles.

How long has he driven the car? The ecu should adapt to the changes so drive it a while more. I assume you're using LH 2.4?

About a half tank of gas. Here is his updated thread. You can see in his videos how crappy idle is. Really has no idea what to do. http://forums.turbobricks.com/showthread.php?t=282794

Yes to lh 2.4

Check your air cleaner. maybe the sound deadening foam has fallen apart and has clogged the filter like my '90 744 TI did.

Forgot to mention he has a new clean cone filter.
