awesome work! really goes to show what even a 15g, mild mods and a good tune can do. even with my no boost control I saw 103% injector duty cycle @ 17psi. I'm interested in what you could achieve with larger injectors. looking forward to your tune.

Yup i was hitting around 120% injector duty cycle. Im lucky they havent sized open lol.

With the larger injectors, I could richen up the mixture some and would likely be able to run a decent amount more timing, probably around 11-12 deg. I could try pulling off 20 psi or so. Probably could get around 10-15bhp more out of her with bigger injectors... but with that said i think its time for something bigger.

Here is the final version of my 18 PSI tune. Should be good for 800kg/hr at a 12ish afr. Currently running about 9 deg of timing due to the fact that my injectors are completely maxed and maf.

Modified:

Orange Injectors

Common emission disables, etc

VE Part load (lots of enrichment through the whole map, basically a completely rebuilt map above 4ms of load)

Ignition (lots of changes above 4ms of load) Quite conservative due to my knock issues because of low fuel, good starting point map

TCV Duty (pretty quick spool, set for 98% duty which at 2psi wastegate will hit 17-18 psi depending on gear and air density)

Zero'd out KFP2 and P-part

Removed Duty Cycle correction factors

Matt, do you have a larger intercooler yet?

Still running the stock intercooler.

Not too concerned about the intercooler especially once i start getting out of the TD04 turbos and super heated air doesn't become that big of a problem.

A drop in or FMIC may come later down the road.

If I had, larger injectors, intercooler, intake pipe, meth injection, R manifold, Proper wastegate actuator, I think i could pull off 300whp @ 20 psi 12.0 AFR, 14deg timing, but I mean at that point it would be a lot of hot air.

Honestly its all in the tune, the off the shelf tunes are nice, but no where near the accuracy of a custom tune. I can dial my tune in perfectly for my own setup and not have to worry about whack AFR's or timing pull.

My plans are to the leave the TD04's behind and step up to something with less exhaust restriction such as a 50 trim. Most of that stuff I need anyway, so idk, maybe ill keep going with the 15G. Imagine what a 19T or 20T could do.

First 400whp TD04 anyone? Hahahahahah.

O definatly u dont haveto tell me. MegaSquirted for a while and its ftw. 400 u could probably get with a 20g or k24

He didn't get over 300 Whp on a 15g. He got 272 Whp on the 15g.

No ur right. I said its possible, it has been done bit noone believed me. And hes close enough with the mods he listed hed be over
