Anonymous Rating: 6 Comments: .........My experience with these guys was that their mechanical work was always competent, but their customer service could be best characterized as "needs improvement."

Anonymous Rating: 2 Comments:They sell you a car. It turns out to be a "problem" car and they don't care. The two VPs (brothers) play "good cop, bad cop".

Anonymous Rating: 1 Comments: Rated "1" becasue I can't rate it "0". Just paid almost $300 to straighten out a mess left by this dealer's service dapartment. The engine had to be partially disassembled to fix an oil leak. There was absolutley no attention to detail during reassembly. Hose clamps and other connections were left loose. The serpentine belt was put back on although it was dried out and cracked in several places. I will never patronize this dealership again.

I had a really good experience here this summer. They were very courteous and gave me a loaner car for the day. I would highly recommend them and several of the techs commented on the mods I have on the wagon in a very positive way.

I was also very glad that they didn't try to push anything extra on me though they were thorough and found that my battery cables needed to be re-soldered and my serpentine belt was original so they changed that.

i used to work for them when i first got into the volvo scene. I bought my 850 from them as well. They were really great people to work for. i cant say if its gotten any worse since i left damn near 10 years ago but they were always a class act in my book.
