Gates and Allen were essentially trust fund kids until their company took off. Knight was born in a fairly wealthy family but his Dad refused to coddle him. All 3 of them though are far more successful business men than Trump and started with far less in working capital. Gary is trolling for the reactions. I'm pretty sure they didn't inherit millions to spend on their start up. Well, mark Cuban is a better example along with Phil knight. But I would take advantage of US healthcare where warranted especially since I would be paying taxes and insurance in the US as I would still work for an American company as an expatriate. I'm not locked to a single location for my work and could easily work remotely given most of my efforts are traveling to divisions any way.
