matt1122 Posted June 10, 2016 Report Share Posted June 10, 2016 The superdelegate situation is interesting. Honestly, they need to be voting based upon whether they believe Hillary can defeat Trump. That is the metric for which they were created. I don't know whether that is the case or not. I have doubts people who lean slightly towards the left will show up on election day for Clinton vs. Trump. In fact, I think you're more likely to have people who lean right show up to vote AGAINST Hillary Clinton. People I know who always talk about politics told me it would never come down to Clinton vs. Trump when I called that in 2012. And here we are. I have no idea what is going to happen if those two are in the general election, but I do know that we're not going to have a good presidency in the years that follow. Somethings are beyond your control. What is in control is what happens in your neighborhood, and local government. Efforts are much better spent locally than who buys the presidency. People like Ronald Reagan have made it vitually impossible for my wife to have proper treatment of her medical condition, fibromyalgia. For those of you who don't know what fibro is click here. It causes her immense pain and her doctors only want to prescribe her opiates to alleviate her pain. Opiates were just found to cause immense harm to your body when used for long term pain management and really shouldn't be used in that manner. Medicinal marijuana will help treat every single one of my wifes symptoms and will allow her to exercise to help build some muscle back in her knees to help with the pain. Unfortunately, for YEARS medicinal marijuana has never been explored due to the fact that a select few felt it was dangerous and a gateway drug (which it isn't in the slightest). Testing in Europe has found medical marijuana to be the absolute best solution for fibro pain. Thankfully Congress recently passed legislation to provide medical marijuana to veterans, so that is a step in the right direction.
