is it unfathomable that someone other than a Christian can lead this nation? Funny enough the only presidential candidate that invited to the Vatican was a Jew

No.  To be clear, the Vatican didn't really intend to invite Sanders and in fact went to lengths in order to distance themselves from him.  But Bernie certainly tried to make hay from his visit.  Even though Pope Francis didn't see him. In fact, no one important saw him. State leaders generally do not meet with aspiring candidates to the Presidency during a campaign. It's just not done unless the candidate is actually the sitting President.

With that said, no, it's not impossible to think someone other than a Christian could lead the US.  I mean come on, Obama was elected and half the country thinks he's a Muslim.

And your faith is based upon a Jewish American socialist.  Tell us again why you're not voting for Bernie?

Say what?

My faith is based on an Israeli Jewish zombie who preached render unto Caesar what is caesar's and to God what is God's according to that thinking. I'm not sure where Jewish American fits into it. If you're pointing to Joseph Smith he wasn't Jewish and the idea of having "all things in common" didn't exactly work out.

Religion has nothing to do with recognizing Bernie is a nut job who cannot understand simple math.  Voting for Bernie is like electing the guy on the corner with a "The End is near" sign as President.

Jesus is a Jew, he gave all he had to the poor.  Book of Mormon has him in the Americas as a ghost.  Am I missing something?

If Bernie dies and is resurrected, you would then vote for him then.

Same story line.

Nope.  Not a ghost in America. Resurrected Jesus just days after he ascended after visiting with Mary in the Garden.  Had a body people touched and the marks of the crucifixion they saw and felt.

Still not sure how Bernie fits here.  I'd vote for a sensible Wiccan over Trump or Bernie.  Faith has nothing to do with it.  I voted for Romney more because I thought he was better suited as a leader - especially based on his record in Massachusetts and his success in his business endeavors - than because he was Mormon.

I'm also at work half of the time I reply, so I can't google my opinion. Once I get some more free time we can have the full discussion you're looking for

Finally, a post of yours that I can agree with Kevin.

However, I don't think, as currently designed, Bernie's strategy is the one to get the job done.

I fully do not expect the exact embodiment of Bernie's plans to become law, the man is very bi-partisan and will get shit done on both sides. We just need someone that will acknowledge the bullshit and there are really only 2 candidates doing so this election.

But you do take the exact embodiment of anything that Trump says.  You really don't see what a hypocrite that makes you?

Bernie is the antithesis of bipartisan.  He is actually the most partisan in the entire Senate:

Where the hell do you get your information Kevin?!
