Through Costco buying program, purchased a new s40 with great help. Good dealer that came through with friendly service. Lots of bonus coupons if you like to go to dealer for service.

Although I havent actually had my car serviced here, I have to say that this dealership is the most friendliest dealership I have ever experienced.

My car broke down approximately 10 miles away, so I called them to see if they had some sort of towing service, but the woman service manager said no, but she will try to send a tech... yes a mechanic to my car to see what he could do to try and get the car going. It was just excellent service from Bozzani Volvo, I mean they sent two technicans to help me. However when they arrived my car could not be serviced there on the spot ( bent valves along with timing belt falling off ) so they apologized they could not do anything for me and left without even asking for an inspection charge.

hi, we just bought a 2005 s60 a few weeks ago and last week i had my transmission fluid changed at an independent volvo dealer in los angeles (upland automotive), which was a really good dealer experience - yep, it still exists.

after they were done i pointed out that the top part of the plastic headlighs have a kind of a milky discoloration on it, which seems to be on the inside. they said i should go over to bozzani volvo(they kind of work together with them) and ask them what to do about it and if it might be a warranty case.

i went over there, talked to somebody and got send to the service manager. he looked at it and said that this is not too uncommon with those plastic headlights and that they can sand/buff it out. someone pulled it in their detail shop while the service manager showed me around and got me a coffee. we had some small talk and he told me that it should be finished soon. i walked around a little bit, bought a pair of wipers at the parts department and walked outside to pick up the car again. the service manager came out, we checked out the headlights - they were not quite like new, but way better. he called somebody to put on the wipers while i asked what i owe them - he said "don't worry, you're fine and good to go".

so i had 2 good dealer experiences on one day :)
