7 VII 7
Shop put the bumper on... I might need to do some adjusting, but they said they could not put in the rivets because they did not have volvo rivets. Where can I get them or something that will do the job properly? Also do they make them in black?

7 VII 7
dude, awesome What makes them different than normal rivets?
Timbo Slice
They're Volvo Brand? I'm not entirely sure, but they're toleranced exactly for our fenders obviously. I've tried other rivets from AZ, Lowe's, and the like but they don't seem to fit well enough that it doesn't still flop around. This is one thing I'd go out of my way to get OEM (or in this case OEM off eBay haha).
Burn-E
Here you go friend http://www.ebay.com/itm/Volvo-93-12-Rivet-set-x15-for-wheel-well-liner-bumper-fender-moulding-etc-/231054808910?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Make%3AVolvo%7CModel%3A850&hash=item35cbf0974e&vxp=mtr Uh, $2 a rivet??? You can get them for 80 cents a rivet from Tasca. Or 79 cents a piece from FPC. Now shipping's not free ($8 - 10) but even the MSRP is only $1.25 a rivet. So from FCP you could get them shipped for all in price of 15 for $20. Throw in a couple of other small parts from FCP and shipping is free. You need the right tool to install them too otherwise you'll be splitting the plastic.
sjmcarz
If you do plan to buy them from that ebay site, I would make an offer as they seem pricey. Do you have a Volvo dealer near you? Check their pricing, believe it or not they may be cheaper, or use Tasca Parts.

Oreo931
Local dealer had 16 for $1.90 a pop! LOL. This is the Dave I remember. Trying to find the cheapest rivets notwithstanding his six-figure, dual income.
Timbo Slice
Heyman, times are rough. Gotta stock up that rainy day account I wasn't aware of the pricing on those, I was just offering an option. You can get a deal anywhere but I've bought them from eBay before simply because that's the resource I've been given in the past.
Yellow95
I use plastic christmas tree clips. Work great and can be easily removed if you need to get back there for some reason. Gary

Burn-E
Local dealer had 16 for $1.90 a pop! Your dealer sold you 16 rivets for $1.90? Or the deal is 16*$1.90? The former is unbelievable. The latter is still raping you.
