When I buy a car, I look at the service department closely, and without a doubt, Jackie Cooper is the best I have ever worked with, bar none. Mechanical problems are starting to show though, may have to replace head gasket. We purchased it NEW with 69 miles on it from Jackie Cooper Imports. It has the manuf. warranty until 50,000 miles. BUT...Jackie Cooper says "it isnt covered because we don't have all of our service records"! We had the oil changed there..Now, they have NO record of it! On the vehcile history report..it shows we only drove the car 500 miles in almost 2 years!!! I drive the car EVERYDAY!! They have ALTERED the records!!!
