Comments: I called Lovering Volvo to make an appointment to get the front turn signal repaired on my '98, requesting that they replace the bulb socket, and asking if a redesigned socket was available yet. They denied the existence of a redesigned socket, refused to replace the socket, and indicated that they merely "cleaned and adjusted" socket, claiming that they'd never had a repeat failure after this treatment. I then called another dealer in the area who very kindly installed the recently released redesigned sockets. Based on this and othe experiences, I do NOT recommend Lovering Volvo.

Comments: Simply amazing!!! Great timely service from a top notch dealership. Courteous and honest, this dealership can compete with the best of them. Everyone from the sales people to the service department were very helpful in answering any question that I had. I will recommend this dealership to anyone who wishes to test out the Volvo. They will walk away with one.

Comments: Having had several experiences here I found another dealer. I think that this dealership is simply too busy to provide the level of service I'm looking for. If you are satisfied with mediocre service with pleasant service managers... fine. However, I want the work done right the first time. Lovering didn't do it for me.

Comments: I took my 1995 volvo 850 in to have the clutch replaced. a job i could have done myself but i was strapped for time. the price i was qouted for the job was fair and the people were pleasant. the problem arose when i picked up my car and it was gushing break fluid. they also had incorrectly replaced the front drive axles. after three visits they could not correct all of the problems. in the end i had to put aside a wekend and do it myself.

Yet to have a good experience with these guys. I bought a C70 from them and in two days it was literally falling apart (driver door fell OFF). It took me a few hours of arguing to get them to take the car back. That was the same day I bought my S60 to replace the C70. <_< I only go there for warrenty service if it's something fairly expensive. Otherwise it's just better to go to an indy shop and not deal with the worst customer service I've ever had from a dealer.

I've had many times where they were totally unable to fix a certain problem and have had to return numerous times for the same issues. I do enjoy their loaner cars, though.

I have seen first hand the work the technicians do, and the way the advisors go about their business. Problems with customers are solved promptly and thoroughly, and I always enjoy going in their for service. The loaners are very nice indeed.

i wasn't impressed with the level of service i received. they lied to me about a lot of things that ended up costing me a lot to correct at a more reputable dealership. i would encourage anyone to go to any other dealer before going to Lovering.
