I don't care if someone makes a mistake, as long as it gets fixed. That's kinda what I'm curious about....if people are complaining because they're dbags or if they're complaining because Lucky legit screwed them.

Piston Slapper Posted December 10, 2013 Report Posted December 10, 2013 (edited) The claim on T5D5 is that his "tune" only differed from the factory T5 in the boost map, he didn't touch anything else, despite claiming to. My experience w/ ARD was less than pleasant. On one occasion, after a day or so of going back and forth because I was fairly sure they were the reason my car wasn't right (and all that after giving them $770), his wife told me "You aren't our only customer". This is $770 I've given them, I've had better customer service over a $10 purchase. First I was told he could do my manual tune for $250, then that changed to "He won't do the manual tune unless I also purchase the Blue Tune". So faced w/ that or stick w/ an auto trans, I bit it and got the full monte. Edited December 26, 2013 by mattsk8 2 1
gilber33 Posted December 10, 2013 Report Posted December 10, 2013 I will only say what Tom (thefullbanana) said after he drove my car before meth, rebuilt 19T, R manifold, and greens on a Viva tune and then all of that with an ARD tune. He said the Viva tune without any of that was more gutsy and was quicker. Unfortunately, Lucky has always been good to me and has helped me out, but I really don't know where I'm going to get my next tune from. I do not want to go with Viva, and I do not want to go with IPD.
