Comments: Very helpfull to a fairly new Volvo owner (I now have a'94 940, and a '96 850) and have been treated very well. Their service people seem as much Volvo nuts as I am! Of course they are expensive, but I quess that's the price of having such a nice car.

this dealership sucks on almost all levels.

service is a joke!

they damaged my car, take forever to finish work on a car (i got a bunch of stories)

scratched the front fender

no loaner even after they promised me one and an appointment was made

not just volvo either

bad experiences with bmw also.......................

service boss is a tool

AND THEY got rid of THE ONLY GUY WHO KNEW ANYTHING ABOUT THESE CARS

I'm a new V40 owner and used R & M Auto Service on Waverly Place in Melbourne (right off Hibiscus). The owner, Charlie is a master certified Volvo tech and his labor rates beat Imported Car Store hands down. Plus he's a nice guy as well. I just did a bunch of work with him including timing belt, idler, and tensioner. Plus he's the only one in Brevard outside of ICS that has Volvo computer access.

Good luck!

Oh God

The Melbourne dealership is a Joke

their Parts manager Hung up on me 4 times because he did not understand what i was looking for

My Dad works for volvo cars of north America and hes the field tech specialist for the Central Florida region and he honestly says that Melbourne is full of Jackasses who do not understand the basic concept of customer service

i recommend any other central Florida dealership

just stay away from Melbourne

if you do have the misfortune of having a car serviced at the imported car store

be prepared to have it stay a week longer if its in for any computer upgrades

thats my two cents on this dealership
