Comments: Had some work done on my '95 850 Turbo Sedan. I found they had overfilled the brake fluid reservoir to the extent the stuff was leaking out from under the cap; the power steering fluid was the same way; and the crankcase was overfilled by about half a quart. Dealer denied his people had anything to do with it...it must've been the midnight ship gremlins.

Comments: This dealership has the worst service techs and sales people I have ever encountered. When I bought my Volvo from the dealership the sales person had ensured me that the car had never been titled and was a NEW vehicle. After purchase I went to register it and Colorado DMV said it had been titled. Bob Penkhus sales people flat out lied. In addition they tried on 5 occasions in the 3 months following my purchase to fix minor problems with the car but they kept ordering the wrong parts or damaged the car when they worked on it. Grease on the headliner which doesn't want to come off, gouges in the plastic door panel, overfilling fluids, leaving caps off of fluid containers, etc. I won't ever let them touch my car again and I strongly urge anyone interested in buying or servicing their Volvo to take the time and drive to Denver.
