Cheerleader African Trophy Hunting

This pisses me off.

In my opinion, anyone who shoots elephants or big cats for sport should be dealt with and summarily go to hell. Seems to me she's another "entitled" blonde bitchlet in Texas who doesn't give a shit about anything other than her own self-serving interests. I bet her father is a Tea Party man.

"Heck no, Mr. Honeyman, I gave the poor kids candy and soccer balls! It was so fulfilling to help them while I was killing some rare animals I'll never eat...oh, and do you have any Evian? I think I got some blood on my Louis Vuitton."

Sheesh. What are we coming to?

Ironically if she was a gap-toothed fat chick nobody would care. Hunters go to Africa to shoot big game all the time, both in a responsible fashion and not, but because she's attractive she stirs up the mobs, both pro and anti hunting types.

And don't get me wrong, some times managing animal populations requires culling, but strictly for the pleasure of the hunt? Send her to the Hunger Games... her public would probably feed on that, too.

Wow. Should have gone with decaf this morning.

Pretty sure she has a few pics with a compound bow. I don't think she spent days in a tree camoed for those shots if she used it for a kill.

Trackers and $ were used for this publicity, as she will have her own TV show.

Oh I'm talking about traditional version. Caveman and tribeman dont have compound bow version. I'm sure she didn't use those bow for the kill though.

She did, and apparently nailed the lion from 40 yards with the bow. I'm sure that is an adrenaline rush. Whether is is right, fair, or shows any respect given the hunter is the debate.

I moved to to Texas 2 years ago. I can tell you this... everyone here hunts. To which point, I feel kinda outcast because I don't.

I've met some women here who are wicked hunters. I'm not against hunting if people are going to respect the animal, use the meat/hide, etc.

It will sadden you to know those treasured big african animals she killed overseas? You can kill them here. There are many hunting farms here... and some include those animals specifically. Bred and hunted for sport. It sucks.

Has anyone ever seen what they do in a slaughterhouse? You should be ashamed to eat a hamburger.

I think the difference there is the intent. One is for food, and what should be a swift death. The other is for sport, against a population that probably does not need control.

But at least the animal she shot had a chance to live in the wild whereas the animals in slaughterhouses are forced to live life in a pen in horrid conditions.

Again, that is not the point as Alden stated. She could have gone here http://www.brokenarrowranch.com/Harvest/index.htm and had the "thrill of the kill" and humanely shot farmed game in her own backyard. Since she has already been-there-done-that and wanted more thrill she went to shoot rare top of the food chain animals, then like a ditz with no class take ridiculous pictures and post it on social media for her own gratification and personal gain.

I am sure this was mostly done on one of the canned hunting farms in S. Africa.
