Supporting Member 10% Fcp Discount

I have been told that when they are running a promotion that all other promo codes are blocked.

I guess we will find out tonight after midnight.

OP isn't a supporting member so it shouldn't really matter to him.

Made an order yesterday with them on chat. Asked for the VS discount they said the only discounts available were from emails from them. You see it when you login to your account on FCP. Got $10 off which at least let me get the faster shipping for free.

We’ve proudly supported Volvospeed for many, many years, and we continue to do so through advertising.

When our prices were higher we were happy to offer the supporting member discount, but the truth is we had to lower our prices across the board to stay competitive online and we don’t have a 10% margin on our parts anymore. If we continued to offer the discount, we would make no money and would not be able to sustain our business, and we do have to run a business. With 40 employees and their families to think about, going under is never an option.

We have in fact lowered prices everywhere, offered returning customer discounts every month for over a year, price matched every comparable product brought to our attention, offered unlimited returns and a lifetime warranty on parts, all of which have cost FCP money in their own rights.

We’ve done things in the industry that every other parts store has been afraid to do, and unfortunately we’ve had to sacrifice some expenses for the greater good of all of our customers. We understand this might be the tipping point for a few of you, and we are sad to see you go, but we do understand. IPD & Tasca are both excellent stores and have great teams working for them.

That being said, loyalty rewards, however small of a gesture they might be, are for returning customers only. If you’d all accept, we’d be happy to extend them to all Volvospeed members, supporting or not, returning FCP customers or not. This is something we can sustain, while continuing to offer everything that sets FCP apart.

We understand it’s a small gesture, but we hope you know we care deeply about all of our enthusiastic customers, and want to do what’s best for all of them.
