They tried the bait and switch move and now face an investigation by NJ Division of Consumer's Affairs. There are lots of ethical Volvo dealers in north Jersey. Stay away from this one. Had them do some work on my car and it took 3x longer than they said it would and was over 2x the price, even though they did the same work originally quoted. Didn't get my normal discount. Service adviser never called me the entire time, I had to call multiple times to get updates out of them. Was never offered a loaner vehicle or alternate transportation.
