His communication and customer service have been excellent - and I don't have a full tune yet. He has been willing to trouble shoot two issues so far before we've started tuning. He recognized a faulty TPS sensor and a slight boost leak, which had been undetected before. This has be over the phone and with desktop sharing in real time after seeing the data logs. Every time I have called him, he's answered the phone. The base tune he sent is very drivable and safe as I am trying to put some break in miles on the new fully built motor. Every one of them has come with a base tune that was already ahead of the competition. After Aaron's adjustments all 4 cars were completely transformed. He is the only person that will tune my cars. Didn't get a chance to fully max out my setup due to lack of hardware but the car is faster and smoother none the less. He really knows his stuff and he'll be tuning my future turbo setup real soon. Tommy. Posted April 23, 2015 Report Share Posted April 23, 2015 Bought a tune from Aaron in August and have had nothing but great experiences over PM and in person. When I first swapped my car I had him send me a base tune and it got me from Massachusetts to Illinois with absolutely no issues. Flashed a few tunes before I went to Colorado to about a month ago with some friends. Ran great the whole trip. Met up with him worked on the wagon a bit, found out my boost issue and everything, was more than willing to take the time to explain long term 02 versus short term 02 just because I was being annoying and asking a lot of questions.
