Also question about the front brakes, are the bleeders supposed to be on the bottom or the top? Yeah, I don't like that. Good catch. Will need redoing. Why the heck would someone do that in the first place??? The bleeder nipples face up - the pic with them down is the rear caliper - I have to switch balance tubes & bleeders with the rear mount location on the C30 The two babies

lookforjoe
Many, Many thanks to Kissinger on C30Crew for his pics of the CEIKA setup on his C30 - Helped immensely with installing the lever & cable bracket in the correct orientation brackets & eBrake mechanism Hoses they provided were too long, so I used the ones from the V70 (R1405008) cable & hose routing - I used the little hose support they provide to locate the hose on the outside of the original bracket, and used the original to route the cable without any harsh angle changes
Ol' Dirty Noodle
Didn't realize they still weren't using a true McPherson strut setup in the rear
Timbo Slice
Wow, underside of the car looks extremely clean. Where did you pick the car up again? I know you'd have a tough time finding anything that rust free in your neck of the woods.

Similar weather though, so maybe it was garage kept, I dunno. It is very clean overall. ErikS
That looks like a fun little car to drive Hussein! Must stop on a dime without an extra 1000 Lbs.
Kevin.
after driving my wife's C30 for a few days, I don't think I will be buying another P80 for a long time

It is a nimble car. The significant weight reduction makes it fun even with stock(ish) power levels. It feels pretty darn good with the Elevate 15psi tune. Looking forward to the K16, though. You should do the WALK mod & a stiffer rear bar - those really make the handling much more fun in maneuvering. Adding a Parrot MKi9100 for handsfree phone (annoying that it doesn't come with this - even the 2012 Fiat500 has handsfree phone) - gonna put the OLED here controller here Snabb 3" Inlet pipe installed
lookforjoe
Note: Had to add a 10mm spacer sleeve to the cable adjuster inside - as it was, the adjuster was completely backed out & the eBrake had to be pulled as high as it could go to get any real effect. With the sleeve, the lever position is back to stock, and adjuster barrel is about halfway
lookforjoe
Tweaked the Elevate filter elbow bracket for better alignment with the MAF/Snabb intake pipe
Timbo Slice
Looks killer man. Seeing this makes me wish I went this direction rather than the XC90 mainly because I'm bored, but the extra room and V8 are nice. And yeah, makes sense why its so rust free coming from PA. The weather may be similar but they don't put a drop of salt on the roads.

Started work on cleaning & mild porting of a lower intake manifold. Since the Elevate has larger ports, figured I might as well take advantage.... Learn new shit all the time - I didn't know the RNC breather system included venting the head into and out the manifold (square ports & holes directly above).... Cool stuff
Timbo Slice
Ahhhhh, yes, custom porting the head. And so begins the build
1fastglt
Ha! Ha! We all knew that he couldn't just leave well enough alone....and be performance happy with just simple bolt ons, lol! He's about to inspire another whole host of enthusiasts on a different platform....much like he did with the V70.
