You should put a 3rd gear log through virtual dyno. Its actually pretty accurate (you can do some research of people doing comparisons with real dynos).

I forgot about that program! I'll give that a go later and see what it calculates!

hey guys little update, went to the dyno today. All pull's were done in 3rd gear which may have not been ideal. First pull it made 338whp @ 22psi, which on the street it normally would hit around 25, 2nd pull it made only 307 because of heat soak, so I cranked up my mbc to compensate for the lighter load and it made 364whp. This was done on a new dyno comp dyno with a 8% load? Anyways if it wasn't for 90+ degree weather and stock intercooler and more boost it would've easily hit 380+ I would think. All in all I am happy with the results. Here's the graph and a couple of videos. Btw car is for sale now if anyone is interested.http://desmoines.craigslist.org/cto/5629415576.html

Awesome job, would love to see some pictures or get some more details on the rear engine mount if you happen to have some, can't wait to see what it does with a different intercooler.

The motor mount consisted of some 5/8ths rod, a laser cut mounting flange, and a Volvo 240 engine mount or trans mount. I basically just took a spare transmission bolted the stock mount on and took measurements of the 240 mount and stock mount and then gabbed it all up, only took a couple hours. Everything seems to be holding up great so far, and the car has been to the drag strip a few times :)

I also ended up taking the oil pan off and installing a 5/8" bulkhead at the top to allow for good turbo oil drain flow. I may or may not continue with more mods at this point, as I am trying to sell the car. But my next plans were to upgrade intercooler and possibly step up to a hx40. I just can't justify spending anymore money on car that needs a lot of cosmetic work, the amount of money it would cost for cams, LSD, injectors, intercooler etc just doesn't seem worth it to me. I would rather start a new project that would have 3 more cylinders (Ls) and rwd. However the car is still so much fun, drives nice. Loud and fast an looks good 15ft away....

i will try to dig up more pictures later, this photobucket is terribly slow on my phone.
