Big Will
40 minutes ago, Burn-E said: Correct. Yup as said already my car is not an R. I do believe that Hussein and Ben and I performed the first manual swap using the M58 in the U.S. on my car. There were already a few 98 AWD/XC/Rs out there using the newer M66 AWD (Seamus and Hussein) but I don't believe anyone had yet used the factory M58. I also co-owned a 2000 V70 XC SE factory manual in Sweden in 421 Green. But some of the cars you guys have mentioned are genuinely rare cars from the factory. The M66 and M58 swapped AWDs are probably rare too but they are our creations after all :)

Mine is also the 311th C70 built (vin ends with 000311), so it's probably one of the first with the GT interior, maybe even the first GT to reach the US (it was originally from Minnesota). Josh's is rarer though, as it's factory manual with GT whereas mine's auto. Then there's the Saffron R next in line for rarity, with the black R not really that rare at all. Leo850T5
I have the only nautic blue manual R clone with tan R seats in all of MI and possibly the whole US? Who else has a manual nautic blue on tan "R"?
Big Will
I do if it's not really an R. My car is Nautic Blue with the Leather Oak interior "3980." Technically that's not tan though. What's your interior color code? Everybody prefers charcoal but when it's hot out, Tan or Oak are definitely more comfortable to get into! Only difference from this photo being that the parking brake handle is now the proper leather R one.
floggingmike
Well there's always the Olive 2000 V70r's, 1 of 30 imported. Tom Long, Chris Kampmann, Brandon, and I are the only one's I know of...believe Tom has a count of 8 or so that he knows of (including us 4).
