JK.  Nice work!  Can't wait to see it with the merc wheels and slammage.

Thanks bud! Hit me up if you come back up to Dayton ever, I haven't seen any of those guys since I moved down here a few years ago. Maybe set a little something up!

Got everything put back together, did a quick oil change since my last one was 2,500 miles ago back in January of 2015, then took it out for some proper pics.

It sits on the tire when it airs out in back. I've done some casual driving around the area and its definitely improved over the coilovers. Still gotta get the front swaybar brackets welded and reinstalled before twisties but its been fun to air out everywhere and watch people get mind fucked.

Took some more pictures too!

You should bring it over.  Let it mingle with a bunch of P80s.

Maybe in October, my schedule is hectic as fuck in September, I'll hit you up once October rolls around! I have to come up to Dayton area anyways to meet a friend who works at a machine shop and is going to be helping me with some stuff.

Can we see some pics of it all the way up?

I had that one picture of it doing a wheelie, I haven't taken any pics of it all the way up yet, but it doesn't go as high as stock suspension.

Can you raise it high enough to change the oil without a jack or stands?

Doubtful, but I can raise it enough to use the ramps I have that I haven't been able to use for years!

Or Cheap out buy the bolt-on ksport air setup for $1300 after I sell my KWs for $850 and roll dice

K-Sport doesn't have a fit for the P80 I dont think, D2 is likely not far from it since they are pushing their air brand struts, but ultimately its just a coilover with a bag instead of a spring, my concern there is that it may run into the same issue in going low as the D2's do where the bottom of the shock can come in contact with the axle and limit how low you can actually go. I want to find some 17's with a 40 series sidewall to try out since the rolling diameter should be smaller and allow me to go lower.

I was referring to the S40 platform which KSport does make a kit for

Ahh, yes, that would make sense... I'm really happy so far with these, ride is firm but manageable and i haven't started dialing in the stiffness or anything else. Still running no front swaybar since I need my friend to weld in that tab, but I'm happy with the ride and handling so far!

Picked up some junkyard trunk carpet so I can make the trunk more presentable, then on to the black interior swap.
