high beams not working

97 s90... turn headlight switch to 12oclock... push in stalk ... no blue light on dash... no high beams...nothing. I tried a diff. stalk, also tried another headlight switch for the hell of it and checked fuses. any ideas thanks.

I assume the low beams work.  The Headlight Relay is probably the problem.  That relay should be found under the dash on the left side of the steering column.
