OK thanks guys, update today I have turned the ignition on it cranks, which is good, and I have reverse lights which is also good, I just want to try to reverse bleed the clutch one more time tomorrow to try and get a better pedal. I did it today is much better, but I thought I would try one more time, then I'll put the fan in and try and start it.

Hey Dominic,

Great to hear the progress made... hope the reverse clutch bleeding works for you, it literally is the easiest and only way I would bleed a clutch going forward...

Keep us posted on the progress

I have it running now however I have a fault code ecm-530b malfunction indicator lamp communication, can anyone help me with this? I did relocate the wiring ground that was under the right headlight I'm hoping that does not have anything to do with it, I haven't driven the car yet I've just started it up.

Hey Dominic,

A quick search yields, that this is a communication error (Transmission Control Module)... I would make sure that the battery and alternator are working fine, but if your tune is sorted out correctly it shouldn't be looking for a TCM... Maybe reach out to your tuner and see if he can shed some light on this...

it seems this is one of the items that has to be changed in my software along with the 4k rev limiter

I've been for longer test drive today on to the highway, only found one small coolant leak, the clutch is much better today, I purchased a quality oil can, to reverse bleed it, that made all the difference

Cars all up and running normally now after the rad leak, but now its broken again the universal joint is worn out in the prop shaft so I have one coming from Colorado driveshaft, and I took a rock in the front left outer cv boot, just a pin hole but enough to cause grease  to come out.

after driving the car know for a few days its so much quicker than the 98 with the 16t the 19t and the r manifold seem to have made a big difference on my car I'm so pleased with it, it makes power from about 2200rpm big thanks to platinum 850 for recommending  the snabb bushing and short shifter kit amazing crisp shifting.

It is sad that snabb short shift kit only reduces forwards/backwards motion meanwhile the right/left move remains wide as from factory.

snabb makes solid delrin bushings for the shifter base itself, I felt they remedied the lateral movement issues
