Welditup
Just picked up a dark purple 2000 volvo s40 1.9t. I have no pictures at the moment until tomorrow. The paint needs some addressing and the interior is flawless. I purchased it from a 91yr old woman who owned it since brand new and now has 50,112 miles. The car drove great and solid. Going to do a stage zero this weekend with a couple bolt ons for some extra kick.
adamdrives
Take it for a nice long drive and do a few hard pulls, my guess is she never got the oil hot in that thing.

Bought it for a customer years ago and she sold the car.
lookforjoe
Looks like the same eggplant used on the late V90/S90. Very nice. Lots of annoying shit goes wrong on those - but usually not until over 100K miles. Pray you don't need to do front swaybar mount bushings.

I replaced the hoses with new 3/8" and 5/8" lines. 11 hours ago, lookforjoe said: Looks like the same eggplant used on the late V90/S90. Very nice. After the body work is done she'll be mint. Hope I don't need to do swap bay bushings like you said. I did them on a prior s40 I owned. What a PITA.
