They did all the little extras I requested to "clean" the car up for delivery (eg. fixing some colour wear on the front seat bolsters). Just had the car checked out at my local Volvo dealer before Christmas (a 130-pt inspection for extended warranty purchase) and the Volvo tech said it was a clean car and everything was ship shape. He has a 2004 S60R and this one surprised him on the test drive as he thought it was much faster (turns out to be the 6-spd without torque limiter). I thought the tune in it was just right, after you took delivery of the car we had people coming in wanting it, but too bad so sad, early bird gets the.....S60R!!
