JHEIII874T5M
is it hitting what the red arrow is pointing at?←Yes, it is hitting where the red arrow is pointing at. However, as I start to grind that down, down, down, I get to the point where I'm grinding the ridge farther down than the top of the bolt, and grinding down a bolt that size is just stupid . Thus, I'm at a loss. I figure, cut my losses now, just sell the wastegate and turbo... at least get $600 from those two items, get my suspension installed, and work on other areas of the car that need help more desperately than a bigger turbo on stock chip... sometimes you just have to face the music :(

JHEIII874T5M
I did figure something out, ported conical outlet 15g has made 260 whp on my car with a crappy tune, I can make 290 whp out of a solid tune straight outlet full 3" 15G and then spray a 75 shot, all solved. Guest DougK
Joe take some pictures. I'll do some thinking for you. If theres someone here who's BTDT and beat square pegs into round holes here its me.Your far from the first person to run a hybrid on a 850. Im sure theres a solution staring you in the face... just to tired/angry to see it. Been there plenty of times before.
WhiteT5
Hey, I bet there's been at least 1 guy who has run that turbo setup over in Sweden. If you want, transcribe what you want me to say and I'll translate it and post it over in the boards on Turbo Performance Club.

Ask them if a spacer would do the trick, modify the motor mount, etc. ?
EricF
I did it on my car, and it was fine. I also had a bigger compressor housing by a pretty good deal. Erik Bergum and a couple others have T3/T04E's as well... But for whatever reason, it does not fit on Joseph's car.My setup had no interference from the mount whatsoever. turbor850
ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooohhhhhhhme and Sean, mostly sean, actually all seansaid this, i asked if manifold are different"Aha! The exhaust manifold is different from model year '96 and on. The part # for '96 and newer is 1270537. For '94 and '95 it's 1366689."thats what he said, so, now why are the manifolds different after 96 and up ?maybe thats why Joe and my turbo aren't fitting . . .hmmmmmm <_<
