Please do not get upset here but read my words carefully and maybe you will understand. There is no way you can compare this unique car to any other in a deal of purchase unless it too has the exact same equipment, mileage and condition but is a newer year for the exact same price. A 2000 S80 T-6 is virtually 99.9% identical to a 2001 MY or newer as far as construction of parts.

That car cost $45,000 when new and perhaps many were bought by people for $40,000 with 5000 miles on the odometer in 2000. He would need to spend $12-15,000 more to get any newer S80, which most likely has a lot more miles on it. He would have to spend maybe $10-15,000 in repairs in the first year of ownership to get hurt on the purchase. I think this is a very safe hedge.

You need to learn alot more on the subject of economics and asset depreciation before you try to make any more outrageous accusatory remarks against me.

Hey Bub! The prior thread was locked wiseguy!

M O R O N what prior thread??? Whichever thread it was, it was closed for a good reason; Because of all the bull you post. You are an idiot and thats just how life is. The garbage you right about the "left" screwing everything up is about the dumbest thing i heard in a long time. It is almost as dumb as when you pretend to know what you are blabbing about. Which you dont.

Oh and bub this is what you said about this thread being closed "Consider this thread closed. I'm sorry for you all in your lack of knowledge."

So try not to post anymore garbage. Alright bub??? Alright

Best regards, to all the good looking women in your family.

bye bye

why do u think the car is that cheap with that low milage, maybe because its a peice, beside the guy said it would be his first volvo, if ur first volvo gave u a headach like that thing is going to give him would u ever buy one again, no!

i rather pay for a car i know is reliable, than get a steal on a turd. wait what am i talking about u think sinking 15k on a car to make it normal is a good deal, idiot.

maybe i don't know everything about economics, but i do know volvos, if u want a great volvo buy a 240.

ah come on, the 240 is a great car still today, i see many with 300k plus and still running great, not saying that it didn't cost much to get it there, but its easy to work on, one of the most safest car to be in, now u can get anything u want for them pretty cheap, now. volvo has built a strong name from the 240. va has many belivers in the 240. how bout it fairfax u know u love to work on them more than the newer ones. haha
