EricF
Well, honestly the T3 is the easiest to find option. You just need a T3 from a ford T-bird or 2.3 Mustang. There's one on e-bay now that's pretty cheap that I may buy, it could be here for sale shortly as a bolt-on kit As far as fueling concerns, I'd just see if you can get a 16T or 18T map from a chip maker. Stock injectors oughta be fine... The 60 trim is on par with a 16T, flow-wise... Could be a little more, but I'm not really sure.

orange850t
Like I said before I am interested. Sounds like a 17psi speedtuning chip would be a nice start. Doug can you MS a 5cyl?
EricF
It will only be a true "bolt on" if you use a volvo exhaust housing. The down pipe will not work either.←If I do this, I plan on cannibalizing Isaac's half of a Volvo T3 he left in my garage... Which happens to include a Volvo wastegate housing. It would be the .48 A/R turbine housing but would work fine I think... Not as good as a .63 A/R, but it's easy enough to upgrade if it doesn't flow quite enough to be real good. With the Volvo turbine housing and wastegate housing, it really should be a direct bolt on except the oil drain and possibly the feed (think it's the same thread though). Guest DougK
The .48 a/r would probably be ideal with a 60trim on a Auto car
