My only concern is the fronts, I don't like the design they used, quite frankly it's probably the worst most overdesigned design they could have done... We'll see what happens saturday, I do like my new front bumper... Crying or Very Sad

Any progress?Saturday has gone by long ago Smile

Carlos, I just want to know how are they more than you're willing to deal with? They seem pretty straight forward to me once adjusted properly.

How do you know they are adjusted properly? This suspension setup is very complicated. Just because you set up a comfortable ride and you know it's a def. improvement over stock doesn't mean it's better or worse or perfect or even bad, it's a gamble. If I have a suspension like the K-sport I'm going to put it to full use or I'm not going to have it at all. I drive very aggressive and very fast and want my suspension to be dare I say "perfect". The K-sports are not a risk I am willing to take nor do I plan to spend weeks or months trying to dial them in to my favorite setting. The KW's have been optimized from the factory for the best possible performance available through a V1 setup. So you install, adjust ride height, and go. I am also thinking longterm, the K-sports are nice I believe that, but they don't come close to KW.

how can you say the KW's have been adjusted for the best possible performance from the factory when you havent tried the k-sports?! ...that's just my 2 cents

but how will you go lower now, since I know you wanted to drop the front even more?

The K-sports are fully adjustable, yes they are optimized for our cars, but you must optimize them for what you use them for, in reality they are a "real" race car suspension, I could go on about adjustments but let's just say the K-sports aren't for me.

Can't go lower, got a new front bumper so i'm maxxed out and happy Very Happy

I myself coming from a world when you constantly adjusting the shocks back and forth.Even changing the oil to a different viscosity one in them. This setup needs not much skill to adjust to either comfort or performance.I cant say enough that you can not have both.Whoever says otherwise should not go close to any vehicle.

KW's can not be pre-configured for the following fact.Adjust the height and you also adjust the spring load.Simple is that. While you wanna go lower youd also want stiffer ride to avoid rubbing and get the most performance. On the KW's its happening the opposite.I dont wanna have a strut that if I get on a track and wanna lower the center of the weigh on the car for better cornering I will also make the setup softer.Thats just BS and has nothing to do with performance.

The measurements I have given are good enough for your extreme driving believe me.I already advised that the spring load could be a tad stiffer for track use but only need for real track runs.

I was really hoping that you will not stand up and say what you said with out even trying out the Ksport. This is just total and utter biased opinion.

C'mon Carlos whats the deal?

I just didn't like them. Is that a simple enough answer? Smile

NO...go put em on the car and give us some feedback. Very Happy Kidding aside, i think this was the opportunity to really compare the two. Someone how has used and abused their KWs so much would defenetly be able to tell if these are a better or worse choice than KWs. Come on Carlos, at least try them on.

You can't really compare them that way, my kw's have been abused like nothing else and are still going strong, I have a feeling that if I installed the K-sports I would rate them high but you can't compare a five year old modified suspension to a brand new suspension.

I honestly don't like the front design on the k-sport struts, it's the hardware that killed the deal with me. You guys don't understand and probably never will, I know what can happen if these things decide to loosen up, a modified car always requires attention, I don't think anyone on here pays more attention to their car than I do. You can call it paranoia.

Someone else will be getting this K-sport kit and I'm sure will enjoy it.
