rcderm@gmail.com
Wow I like it! Someday I might make it to this section. Great job and your car looks great! I'm also getting those same wheels put on today. Good choice.
GerBeGurGya
I have to say you have done a really good job on the car.Youv got some low tires what type/size are they? Also about the muffler as to where did you get it and if you have a sound clip by any chance.Loving everything except the location of the gauges tho very innovative how can you keep checked both. vulvas40t41568908561
Thanks guys. Tires are 215/35-18" Kumho KU31 on rear and semi-slick Hankook Z212 tires on front and same size. Rear muffler is normal 3" muffler compined with JT-tuning 3" oval shape tailpipe. http://www.jt-tuning.se/shop/default.aspx?lng=ENG&cur=EU RIn the first post there is links to videos and you can hear the exhaust sound. In videos there was only one muffler and it was in my opinion too loud. After that added second muffler and sound is now good. I will make new videos after tune, probaply in April. Gauges are in that place because easy reading and not wanting to have too much boost and lean mixture before tune. Couple more pics:

vulvas40t41568908561
Tcode: Im planning of upgrading 850r flywheel and 850r stock clutch and pressure plate. That combo should hold 450-500nm which is enough for me. That would also bolt-on directly but what release bearing should i use, stock T4? What release bearing did you use with 707 pressure plate? tcode1568908558
I'm using stock one and there's no reason why you shouldn't use it too if it is ok. If not, just get new OEM.

theForgottenone
Nice looking car. Must have spend all of those time away from this site to get it together in this stage? I must have missed it but why you have to use Phase1 Maf?I like your custom exhaust manifold. I could use one
vulvas40t41568908561
Heh heh. Planned on swapping this car to S60 T5 on summer 2009 but then did not found nice one and started tuning this one more. Took about 1 month to make everything.Phase 1 MAF because we are programming EMS2000 similar way as MTE does. Like Alpha-N style. So phase 2 meter would not give much more but this is only plan. Let see what happens and does it work out okay.

vulvas40t41568908561
Ordered Volvo 850R 1996 year single mass flywheel and clutch pack including pressure plate. It should hold +450nm and be as easy to use as stock clutch. Main point is to get rid of dual mass flywheel which is now making sound on idle. Also this setup is bolt on and if using 707 audi pressure plate i would have to modify flywheel. But this one is enough for me.
