..and the intake manifold arrived from welder. I gotta do some intensive work during the easter to finish it. Pictures will follow later. Now almost every part is together, only exhaust manifold is still waiting for coating, then the engine will be pulled out once more and performance parts will be installed... Smile

whered you get the exhaust housing blanket?

Any update on this Smile?

Intake manifold is now ready, just waiting for extra 1000cc injectors, so totally I will run 8 x 1000cc.. Very Happy and still waiting to get the exhaust manifold from coating and some other stuff like fuelab fuel pressure regulator and 034motorsport coils (provides spark for at least 300hp per cylinder´..) are still under the way. Hope to get all the stuff soon. The assemblying work should start within two weeks or so and the final deadline is 19th of June (tuned etc.), when I am gonna participate one mile race.

Those valves are from BMW 528i, E39, Swiss made (Intervalves).

you said you swapped it to a manual tranny... and since your from finland im guessing you used the manual tranny that came from the manual s40... if not then what did you use?

Exactly. Gearbox (M56L2), master&slave cylinder, driveshafts etc. came from phase 1 V40 T4. Clutch assembly is custom made.
