Big Will
Goodwin's is easily the friendliest dealership I've been to. They are very good about being genuine. The service advisor is very good and goes the extra mile to make sure the car is repaired the first time. They are also excellent about installing/repairing non-volvo factory parts. So for everybody that's done some modifications to their safety boxes, these guys are good about it.
AGBullit235
Goodwins service is excellent. They always have a loaner for you, and they always ask if you want one. Work is done exceptionally well, and customer service is A1. My good buddy is a techician there and he always does any major work on my Volvo. Ask for Jon. Guest Guest
Goodwin's is good if you look the part but will not even notice you if you are wearing everyday street clothes. I feel like I have to dress up to go down there to get a part or service. Prices on used vehicles are rediculously high.
Patrick.
Prices on used vehicles are rediculously high.this is one thing that I noticed as well, when I bought my '94 850 back a few years ago from a dealer in my town, I had looked at one very similar to it @ Goodwin's first and they wanted like 3K more for the one on their lot in very similar condition. However, they are very friendly and seem to know their stuff more than most Volvo dealers I have been to, the parts department was very helpful.
