In addition, know this time of year brings an increased level of stress and depression in some individuals. While the easy thing to do is shrug it off, if you know people like this personally you should take a moment to reach out. At the end of the day, no one person can save the world, but each individual has the potential to change another persons life. I am grateful to have anyone here who is reading this, and am personally available if anyone just needs to talk. What happened today took place very close to my home, and with my sisters being 8 and 15, it hit me pretty hard right in the sadness gland. Glad to have my friends and family around still and that no one close to me was hurt. My prayers go out to everyone involved, hopefully not anyone on 30forty50. Moving on does not mean that you do not remember, it just means that you will not let a single day rule your life. We all have our own skeletons to deal with.
