Volvo_R
Hi im new to this scene. Been japanese cars my whole life decided to go for a change. Picked up a 2006 Volvo V70R auto. And i must say what i change i did from Honda to Volvo. I fell in love with the car. So i bought the car at a dealer. And after 1 day of driving i took it to a volvo specialist out in half moon bay and he told that my angle gear and transfer case was messed up. Took it back to the dealer and told them the problem and now they are going to fix it. So hopefully this week or next week my car will be back on the road. Any tips that i should know about this car. Tzantushka1568908311
Welcome! From your pictures, looks like it's a magic blue color. Good idea that you took it straight back to the dealer and get the angle gear sorted out. Also looks like the lower part of the front bumper has caught on something and is now 'droopy'. That can be fixed with some aluminum angle and pop rivets. Have a look in this sub-forum for things to look out for.
leefitz
Welcome! Coming from Japanese (Nissan) cars as well, you will absolutely love your new R to death! As mentioned, the suspension is an issue on these cars. Enjoy the power!
