New to the board not to Volvo

How ya'll doing?  

I am new to the board but not new to Volvo.  My parents raised me on Volvo's.  The last one they owned was a 164e.  What a rocket that was.  I got introduces with a 89 black 744 Ti+  m46, fully loaded by the dealer.  Every option was installed including the tow package.  PO replaced every single bushing, bar and mount ($$$5K) before I purchased it.  It was my mechanic's uncle and  he attested to it.  He thought his uncle was crazy to sell it.  All I had to do was replace the exhaust with a 2.5 cat back. This car was a sleeper and would move. 

Had a 94 Blue 945 Ti.  Replaced everything with IPD, 2.5 cat back and this also was a fun but again sold it.  

Third Volvo was a White 00 v70 XC.  Fully loaded, 3rd row, booster seats....  Again IPD all around, BSR, SS dual exhaust but I blew up the drive train (too much hp).  Had to trade her in once the engine wouldn't hold coolant.  Fun well balanced car in the snow.  Never got stuck. 

I now own a Metallic grey 2005 v70r.  No accidents (body and gaps are perfect), No tire rash. My mechanic said "If you want a faster car, buy a faster car".  After driving this I am fine with 300hp out of the box.  The previous owner was chasing an issue with shimmying and replaced the shocks, struts bearings front and rear, tires, new exhaust and the head was just rebuilt 5k ago with new engine mounts.   I can see various other new parts.  I had to replace the coolant cap.  I just ordered (FCP Euro) a new fuel pump, PEM and pressure regulator to correct a starting issue with the pump not turning on.  Otherwise this car freaking rocks!  Volvo for life!
