youropeen Posted August 1, 2016 Report Share Posted August 1, 2016 The pic is very distorted but we are looking at three possibilities depending on the accuracy of the color in the image. It could be a '99 or 2000 Lazer Blue Volvo V70R with an eggcrate grill but judging by the crease in the door area and the shadow between the grill and the passenger side headlight I'm more inclined to think that it's a P2 (2004 -2007) V70 R. It could be, like I mentioned depending on the color acuracy, a 2004 Flash Green V70 R. Possibly a 2005 but there were so few Flash Greens imported that it's highly unlikely that's it. I'm going to say that it is a 2006 or 2007 Sonic Blue V70 R. If the owner of the car actually did the crime, they are a moron. JaredR1 Posted August 1, 2016 Report Share Posted August 1, 2016 Definitely looks like a Sonic. The nose is all wrong for a P80. The color on the trees is too accurate for it to be Flash Green. If it's stolen, we can probably also assume that it's a GT. It certainly seems unlikely that the driver knows what they have.....bet they think they will just blend right in in their "old Volvo." Law enforcement just hit the jackpot. I feel bad for everyone in Utah who owns a Sonic and is probably about to get pulled over as part of this investigation....
