I have a 1999 s70 t5, trying to do the following: Green giant injectors, s60r exhaust manifold, k24 turbo and get it remanufactured by gpop shop My quesiton is, will i have fitment issues with the k24? My dad said the K24 if its a V-band flange wont fit my car's charge pipe, so what should i do? Would a non-v band flange be a direct bolt on? Thanks. bmdubya1198 Posted October 23, 2020 Report Share Posted October 23, 2020 The K24 fits in these cars, you just need to do a couple things. First you'll need the proper coolant pipe for a K24 car, that can be found on a 2004-2007 S60R/V70R or 2005-2009 S60/V70 T5. You can use either the stock oil and coolant lines or you can get stainless lines from Mamba or another source. As far as the V band, that's no big deal.
