Unless the current (er existing; no pun intended) relay is faulty, or under-designed, replacing it (or adding additional relays) with a higher current capacity relay will not change anything. If you can’t figure out why or don’t want to then adding a relay that supplies 12 volts directly from a good 12 volt source could help. My wife had an S60 that the clutch wouldn’t pull in all the time. I remember reading a post years ago about adding a thin piece of plastic to reduce the gap. It worked fine.
