TheRedbullVolvo Posted July 23, 2021 Report Share Posted July 23, 2021 OK so I recently bought a 2007 Volvo S40 T5 AWD. I went to Elevate tuning and bought a bunch of stuff for it. Intake, intake pipe, upper intake manifold, TCV solenoid, CBV, and a wastegate actuator. I have not done an exhaust or tune yet. Since I put on the mods, I have been getting anywhere from 12 to 14 psi of boost at higher RPMs under hard acceleration. I have seen as high as 17 psi. I have read on this site and other places that these cars are limited at 7 psi from factory, so those numbers have me a little worried. Is this normal behavior for these mods or did I hook something up wrong? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
