2009 s80 t6 with code po 172

Scanner shows code PO 172.I have cleaned the MAF but CEL reappears after a few miles.

My scanner will give real time values-

Air mass and RPM values -4g/s at 648 rpm ,9.57 g/s at 1505 rpm and 14.77 at 2134 rpm

Do these values indicate MAF is good or bad?

Fuel rail pressure is 69 psi, is this good?

Don't see any obvious vacuum leaks.

Any help or suggestions as to what else to check will be appreciated.

I would check the bottom of the intercooler for any cracks and also check your intercooler hoses.  You are more likely losing air after the MAF causing it to run rich.
