There used to be a guy in Belguim (I think) that exported them...where Dave got his, he probably says on his website. But that was many years ago. Now your best bet is probably Randy at Brickstylz, or go directly to hallsjo styling, or Juha at JP Styling, or hova.com or plast&son ( http://user.tninet.se/~fzs975r/plast/ ), or spoilerkit.se, or johanssons motorsport....You can also fit a 850R front bumper, or just the lower part of the spoiler.
