did you know that you can use Mcdonalds old fry oil to power your 240 diesel? Or any diesel for that matter.

you have to run a little diesel through it to start it, so you need to run a little at the end of your drive, but it actually helps performance without any effects on engine life. my friend has a diesel mercedes fueled by biodiesel and its as slow in either mode, but with mods they can be made quick. Actress Darryl Hannah drives a big jerk truck fueled by donut grease. You'll have to have two seperate tanks and the ability to switch back and forth, but theyll give you the free fuel, some places will even pay you to take it off their hands.. and it gets rid of that diesel smell. apperently smells like donuts or potatoes depending on what you run.

the diesel engine was built by a farmer to run off peanut oil.

deisel is the way of the future. imagine a fuel source that you can just grow.

i am definatley an advocate of diesel, and in the coming years, it is going to be making a huge comeback.

oh, and wouldn't electrolosys be the biggest source of hydrogen? i realize that at the current point in time that it is not efficient to be a valid source. i don't have much doubt in the engineering prowess of people though(apollo 11 anyone?), so i don't think efficient hydrogen generation is that far off.

good god no. that requires a lot of electricity. parsing the atoms from natural gas is the primary source. Russia has the world's largest proven natural gas reserves.

wow. where do I start? I prefer to get mt information from a source thats not government controlled and funded. Maybe you should expose yourself to the knowledge of the information superhighway. I'm doing fine, no thank you. I was proving your bias and willingness to talk out of the wrong end. Not belittling the Irish struggle either, I'm sure you, as an American, are also doing fine yourself. How about addressing the healthcare worker shortage? what will Bush do? I dont care what any of you think, but I'm for socializing medicine. This would kill more than two birds with one stone. We have no chance for this under Bush. 

Noone has said anything about Bush's environmental policies...please someone defend them.

Hey I'm just doing some critical thinking here. You have alot to say about Bush being dumb, maybe you could try spell checking your posts. Kids? yep I have 5 children and guess what? they all Know what accountability is, they don't have to blame everyone else everytime something doesn't go their way. Socialized medicine? great idea just ask some of our Canadian friends how that works, sure you can have open heart surgery for $5 (canadian) but you might wait a year to get it (Sorry to all you Canucks I think your great) I know everytime you hear of someone going to get some high tech treatment they go to... Canada...not. The fact is someone is going to pay for your lobotomy, its either you or all of us through taxation. Speaking of Canada, while your Bush bashing about military service, why don't you remind us (with all of those self acquired facts from the indisputably accurate source you love, the web) where Slick Wille was during the ole Vietnam War. Environment? How about this, I love the outdoors, I love to ride a bike outdoors. Everytime some Siera Club patsy closes another trail or wilderness area to PEOPLE, I get sick. What good is wilderness if there is no one there to see it. I know, I know I can look it up one the internet and see the pictures. I would rather ride on a jeep trail worn into ruts than not at all.

Those of us old enough to remember the Vietnam War and what John Kerry did after returning from the war will never consider voting for him. Those who don't can get some insight at www.wintersoldier.com. I don't deny him the right to say what he said, the timing of it made it treason, after all, there were many of our friends over there still fighting and he was giving comfort to the enemy. The swift boat vets can have their say, but to me, the interesting thing is that Mr. Kerry is attempting to squash attempts to re-publish the book he wrote in 1971, title "The New Soldier". Think about it, what doesn't he want you to read?

Those of us who own businesses in NC (or anywhere) should be wary of any ticket with John Edwards on it. Insurance rates in this state, particularly in the medical field, have gotten so high that many doctors will not practice here. Mr. Edwards brags that he grew up poor in a mill town before going off to school and becoming a millionaire trial lawyer at the expense of doctors and businessmen. Guess what, I grew up poor as well, probably in worse conditions than Mr. Edwards, but I have made it, not by preying on others, but by helping others. I am one of the ones that Mr. Edwards targets.

Put those 2 together and there is only one choice for me... Bush/Cheney '04.

First of all, do you honestly believe that if Al Gore won the 2000 election, there would have been no 9-11 and no war?

Kerry would've done the same exact thing in G.W.'s situation. He's said it himself, he supports the war in Iraq. He probably would have gone about it a bit differently. Can you liberals think of nothing better against Bush than the war in Iraq and Afghanistan? We may be in a huge deficit because of tax cuts, but that is the only way we could get our economy going again. Who knows how long we would've waited for the economy to start if we didn't do the tax cuts? And to think that Bush knew of 9/11 before it happened is just absurd. Bush knowing about 9/11 and still letting 2000 people die? Give me a break.
