Do you believe everything you read?

that guy has been charged many times and been found not guilty every time.

Regardless of the outcome, his name will be linked with the scandal and end his political career.

Oh god, that's gotta be about the weakest defense ever. John Gotti was tried 3 times on racketeering and money laundering and found not guilty.

No, but apparently you do.

This guy's been linked to plenty of unscrupulous dealings.

I never said he was guilty, just another charge........

time will tell.

The actual indictment never accused him of ANY wrongdoing. This seems just like another political hack job from the left. These guys lost in the ballot box and always look to the courts for vindication from the stupid voters who went against them. The attorney who brought his forth should be removed from office and lose his law license for being so dumb. Another complete waste of time!

Bush doesn't like him. Most Republicans outside his home state don't like him.

A political hack job from the left? Are they, by chance, the same folks that dragged OJ into court? :monkey:

Guilty or not lets wait for a trial. I don't know much about Delay other than he kicked a lot of butt in Texas and the Dems down there are mad as heck. The same prosecutor indicted another Republican right before an election and the case was thrown out. From what it sounds like the only reason for this indictment (which has since been pretty much nullified as complete crap) was that the Republicans have a rule that if a leader gets indicted they have to step down for a while.

What I find totally funny is people like Nancy Pelosi who have been caught doing the same thing (only worse) are out giving speaches about a culture of corruption in the Republican party. Oh the irony. Or is it hypocracy?

To me this is just another pile of doggy doo for the Democrats to step into. Remember Pelosi and other democrats screaming about Delay and his supposed golfing trips paid for by lobbyists. Turns out Pelosi had a trip from the same guy. Whoops. Turns out Democrats were by far the worst offenders about not declaring their travel paid for by lobbying groups. Double whoops. Do they really think we are so stupid to believe that we won't check facts? The Democrat party, insulting the intelligence of America on a daily basis. Too bad the Republicans aren't much better.

Totally agree.

I'm tired of all these fat cats not doing jack for the American people and just making themselves and their cronies rich.

How is a politician ever supposed to do the right thing if they owe $billions$ in favors to all the folks that got them elected?
