PorBleemo
According to the article it looks to me like all charges are against the truck division. Apparently the car division is under different ownership?

Kashif
Honestly, who cares? Man Mercedes and BMW were both Nazi supporters and yet nobody seems to care these days about that. And for that matter Hilter admired Dr. Porsche and forced people to listen to what ever he said during the production of the Beetle. And lets not even get started on Verner Von Bruan and his development of the V2 rocket that eventually became the Saturn V rocket that landed men on the moon. Adam Franke
The report said, for example, that Brussels-based Volvo Construction Equipment paid $317,000 in extra fees to Iraq on a $6.4 million contract. Volvo Construction is part of Swedish-based Volvo Group, which referred all questions to Volvo Construction Equipment’s headquarters in Brussels. The group is separate from Volvo automobiles, which is owned by Ford. Edited October 31, 2005 by afranke
