You strengthen it at all? Interested to see in what areas you did, if you did. Either way looks good :)

Only strengthened where the crack was. I found the more rigid you make it, once again its more likely to crack.

Mmm fresh paint. Wanna do my R bumper next?

I would but cost of shipping alone would kill any upside for you. If you don't have a compressor and air gun and never painted before, pay a local shop to do it for you. Less pain involved!!!!

Yea I kinda thought the same. Left it as it was when I put mine back on. Seems to be a few hairline cracks forming on the top though around the bolts <_<

I shot the clear coat tonight. All went perfect until the very end. I put the last coat on and as I was cleaning up, a small bug flew into the clearcoat on my rear spoiler. I will try to "compound" him out later.

Once I can clear the parts from my garage, I can put the car back in there and work the shifter and trans items. Then she might be ready to roll!

A quick look at the difference between stock orange injectors and RC 750cc injectors. Suck that Al Gore!!!!

I've taken care of all the oil and vacuum leaks. I have the 750cc injectors installed. Custom RICA tuned ECU getting in my hands tomorrow ala George @ VIVA.

Ive just read all 39pages of this thread and this was the reason i went out and bought a Volvo as a project car man!!!Unimaginable time and effort gone into that car coming from a mechanic that was some amount of work carried out.

I hope that you get years of satisfaction from this car.

you have given me so many ideas for my s70 t5m i have filled out 4 A4 pages of stuff to chase up and do to my car now.

if you lived in Ireland we`d say"fair play to ya"
