I am planning to use them for my next scheduled service. They come very highly recommended from at least two different friends of mine, whose opinions I trust. They both said that they are VERY reasonable, and VERY honest, although appointments are recommended. As an example, the owner had helped out a friend of mine by getting them a set of stock tires, after a tire store wrongly sold a set of high performance tires, that they really couldn't afford.
